Three-room apartment on the ground floor consisting of 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of which is in the bedroom) and a double sofa bed in the living area (with a very comfortable 20 cm high orthopedic mattress) with a total of 5/6 beds, a large kitchen, dining/living room and adjoining terrace closed partly by PRIVACY windows and partly by awning (Pará-Tempotest) in order to give the accommodation complete privacy.

Please note. The annex in front of the house is for its exclusive use, furthermore it is closed by a safety gate both for the presence of children and for the presence of animals, dogs, etc…
Drinking water is available in the housing by means of an ion-exchange water softener.

For each accommodation there is an assigned parking space and a free pass to park unlimited on the beach and in the center.</ span>
