Independent villa, 500 meters from the tourist port promenade, completely fenced (closed by security gates) suitable both for the presence of children and for the presence of animals, dogs etc… on the ground floor, composed of 2 triple double bedrooms, with a total of 6/8 places bed, living room (with double sofa bed in the living area), kitchen and two bathrooms, one of which is external (for exclusive use of the villa). There is also an external shower for the exclusive use of the house.
Drinking water is available in the housing by means of an ion-exchange water softener.

For each accommodation there is an assigned parking space and a free pass to park unlimited on the beach and in the center.</ span>
